Regional Procurator Fiscal John Miller, Alan McCombes and illegality to protect undercover cops [repost]

I hand delivered this letter (one of many) to a secretary at the Regional Procurator Fiscal’s office. He was at the time investigating the role of a former head of Special Branch, Jim Orr, who had destroyed forensic evidence proving that my mail was being illegally intercepted, including mail sent to me by staff at the Scottish Human Rights Centre relating to this case.

John Miller responded to a break in of my house by thugs connected to police officers who were being investigated for collusion over a series of death threats to me, and the jailing of the head of this gang, the one who illegally intercepted my mail, forensic evidence of this being destroyed by the head of the investigation at the time, Assistant Chief Constable Jim Orr. Jim Orr resigned from Strathclyde Police 24 hours after I complained about the destruction of this evidence. The next morning’s papers were full of biographies of the man who had just resigned to, unexpectedly, take up the post of first Director of the Scottish Drugs Enforcement Agency, an agency which was never under statutory control while he was its Director, which is just as well (for him that is) given his criminal behavior.
One paper managed to expose Jim Orr as having spent five years as the head of Special Branch. Given the nature of my complaint, witnessed by my lawyer at the time, I put two and two together and worked out why the head of the investigation into collusion had just destroyed evidence of a thug having illegal access to my mail, including mail sent to me from the Scottish Human Rights Centre, a thug who was subsequently sent to jail, and who, on his release from jail, wrote fifty additional death threats which the police knew about several days before I did, and chose not to warn me about. Anyone else interested in this fact? I will swear on oath in a court of law that my MSP (Frances Curran) was utterly uninterested, as was the co-chair of the SSP, national secretary of the SSP, Press Secretary of the SSP, Case worker for the national convenor of the SSP, and the secretary of my MSP, Barbara Scott.

Regional Procurator Fiscal John Miller is aware that I was going to expose Jim Orr in court as behind a sustained (30 minute long) brutal assault on me with a razor blade and a metal bar, with the help of two friends of the individual who went to jail for one of the many death threats I received from him and his friends. Frances Curran, my MSP at the time, is aware of why I allege this break in and violent assault took place. I was going to expose the role of Special Branch in this, and Curran didn’t want this to come out in a court of law. She, I am alleging, was at the time an undercover cop. Alan McCombes, Catriona Grant, Keith Baldaserra, Allan Green and Barbara Scott know all about this, and it explains why they committed perjury alongside David Cameron’s Director of Communications, Andy Coulson [allegedly, since this is now sub judice, TD, 11 December 2012].

Details of all of the above and more is known to Paul Hutcheon who conducted a telephone interview with me in the presence (at my end) of three witnesses, one there from the begining, which lasted over one hour, an interview he begged me for for months before I let him have it. Paul Hutcheon knew from this point on (if not before) that Tommy Sheridan was the victim of a state orchestrated perversion of the course of justice in order to stop the national convenor of my party investigating an undercover cop (Frances Curran MSP), and also at least one undercover cop on the central committee of the Socialist Workers Party, one who remains active on the far left, but is no longer affiliated to the SWP. This individual has been known by Alan McCombes to be an undercover cop from the day we first met, a couple of months after the formation of the Scottish Socialist Alliance, predecessor of the Scottish Socialist Party. This individual was acting for the cops to frame members of the SWP, in order to stop their working constructively with the rest of the far left. McCombes promised to pass the evidence I offered him to his leader, Peter Taaffe, who in turn I expected to pass it on to the central committee of the Socialist Workers Party. That is not what he did. And I am now of the opinion he had an ulterior motive for stopping Peter Taaffe and Chris Harman discovering the identity of this individual as an undercover cop. It is the same reason he stopped Tommy Sheridan investigating Frances Curran’s identity as an undercover cop. Alan McCombes has questions to answer, and the only one that makes sense to me is that he too works for British intelligence. I am more than happy to discuss all these matters under oath in a court of law, at Leveson or anywhere else.

Dear Mr Miller,

I wrote you a letter containing much additional material back on 18th of March. One week later you responded acknowledging receipt of that letter, stating that you expected to get back to me with a detailed response within one month. Three months later, I am still waiting. Why is that?

I am submitting further material. I am including correspondence with the lawyers of the British Telecom and with Oftel. I am accusing BT of illegally depriving me of access to a phone with which to report crimes committed by people I suspect of acting under instructions from Special Branch officers. I am also submitting a letter from a Cora Johnsen, Management Support Group of Royal Mail. This company is illegally handing my mail to someone who has been threatening to kill me, regularly vandalising my home, and informing people who correspond with me that I do not live at my home address. Ms Johnsen tells me to consult a layer if I want any more info from Royal Mail. But I have not one but two lawyers. They however refuse to answer my letters to them, refuse to return my phone calls. I now suspect they (Mr Howat and Rebecca Scully of Pattison and Sim) have long since stopped representing me against Special Branch officers, but representing them against me. At this stage, I want to pursue these lawyers via the Law Society. At a later stage, I expect to ask that they are also charged with acting illegally.

For the record, I am also accusing Renfrewshire Council of acting illegally in facilitating the constant vandalism to my flat. The housing officer refuses to allow me to discuss these crimes with ASSIST, stating that the police have vetoed their getting involved. The police deny they have done any such thing. Since my lawyers wont discuss this with me, I am leaving it to you to find out who is lying and who needs prosecuting. I am also accusing the housing officer of refusing to replace my broken porch light which has been broken for over a year and has been reported broken around fifteen times. She also refuses to repair the locks at the front and back of the building, giving access to the vandals who stick fireworks through my letterbox, and have threatened to burn me out of my home. She and the maintenance officer, G Adam, also refuse to replace my wooden door with something more sturdy, despite its being smashed in by those who she allows illegal access to this building. The pair of them also refuse to remove a glass panel that is part of my front door, citing that this cant be done without the approval of all tenants in the building. This is a lie. They cite someone living at ***a************ Road as objecting to my door being made entirely of wood rather than glass. The individual in question should be asked why he objects to this, and why he stuck a note through my door wanting to talk to me to help me provide evidence to the police to stop the thugs vandalising my property. You should note that the name of this individual is Mr Graham. You should also note that a previous housing officer, and Alec Bell, said that he was refusing to investigate my complaints against those neighbours who had kicked in my front door because he had been told by those who did that I had a history of making complaints about other neighbours, citing someone called Mr Graham. As I pointed out to Mr Bell, I knew of no such individual, and called on him to consult council records to satisfy himself that Denny was lying – again. Bell told me that he would not waste his time because the police had already instructed him not to offer me any help. Only since that conversation has a Mr Graham moved into this building. Firstly, he offered to help me get the police to prosecute these thugs. Now he is being cited by the latest housing officer and the maintenance officer as their excuse for refusing to make my front door vandal proof. I call on you to prosecute Bell, the new housing officer (I have forgotten her name), the maintenance officer, and this Mr Graham. All of them have helped facilitate the constant vandalism to my home.

By the way, when will you get around to collecting the forensic evidence that will prove the conspiracy to pervert the cause of justice by senior existing and former police officers, including the present and last Chief Superintendents of ‘K’ Division, the former Chief Constable and Assistant Chief Constables of Strathclyde?
